ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1364 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REQUEST OF IUT_ttNER ROAD AND LILAC STREET TO C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD CaNP-EFCIAL, TO ACCCWODATE A BID AND BREAKFAST INN AND RESTAURANT Ordinance No. 1364 entitled "An Ordinance approving the request of Kristen Cromwell to prezone a 2+ acre parcel at the northwest corner of Turner Road and Lilac Street to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, to acconanodate a bed and breakfast inn and restaurant" was introduced at a regular meeting of the Lodi City Council held September 18, 1985. The Draft Ordinance which is attached has been approved as to form by the Cotmzunity Development Director. State Statute allows for the adoption of an Ordinance five days after its introduction. The two plus (2+) acre parcel located at the northwest corner of Turner Road and Lilac Sheet is hereby prezoned to C-1, Neighborhood Cmuercial, to accommodate a bed and breakfast inn and restaurant. The alterations, changes, and amendments of said official District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Carmission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi andthe laws of the State of California applicable thereto. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be- published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days frau and after its passage and approval.
