ORDINANCE NO. 1364
ADOPTED
Ordinance No. 1364 - An Ordinance approving the request of
Kristen Crcgnwell to prezone a 2+ acre parcel at the
northwest corner of Turner Road and Lilac Street to C-1,
Neighborhood Convercial to accommodate a bed and breakfast
inn and restaurant having been introduced at a regul
meeting of the Lodi City Council held Septennicer 18, 19
was brought up for passage on motion of Council Member
Olson, Snider second. Second reading of the Ordinance was
omitted after reading by title and the Ordinance was then
adopted and ordered to print by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members - Olson, Pinkerton, Snider and
Reid
NOES: Council MembE'-rs - None
ABSENT: Council Members - Hinchman (Mayor)

ACCCWODATE A BID AND BREAKFAST INN AND RESTAURANT
Ordinance No. 1364 entitled "An Ordinance approving the request of Kristen
Cromwell to prezone a 2+ acre parcel at the northwest corner of Turner
Road and Lilac Street to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, to acconanodate a
bed and breakfast inn and restaurant" was introduced at a regular meeting
of the Lodi City Council held September 18, 1985.
The Draft Ordinance which is attached has been approved as to form by the
Cotmzunity Development Director.
State Statute allows for the adoption of an Ordinance five days after its
introduction.
RECCWENDED ACTION:
Following reading by title, it would be appropriate for the Lodi City
Council to adopt Ordinance No. 1364.

Ordinance No. 1364 entitled "An Ordinance approving the request of Kristen

The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The two plus (2+) acre parcel located at the northwest
corner of Turner Road and Lilac Sheet is hereby prezoned to C-1,
Neighborhood Cmuercial, to accommodate a bed and breakfast inn and
restaurant.
The alterations, changes, and amendments of said official
District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by
the City Planning Carmission and by the City Council of this City after
public hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of
the Code of the City of Lodi andthe laws of the State of California
applicable thereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be- published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days frau and after its passage and approval.
