Council was apprised that the improvements in the subject

subdivision have been completed in substantial conformance
with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between
the City of Lodi and Carey Development, dated September
19, 1984, and as specifically set forth in the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council.

RECOMMENDED RTiON: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
Subdivision wprovements and streets included -in Tract Map No. 1926, Woodlake
North, Unit NO. 1 Subdivision.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Woodlake North, Unit No, I have been
completed in %ubstantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision
Agreement betten the City of Lodi and Carey Development, dated September 19,
1984, and as tpecifically set forth in the pians and specifications approved
by the City Wuncil.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SUBDIVISION DTWvT OPTS
AND STREETS INCLUDED IN TRACT MAP NO. 1926, WOODLAEE
NORTH, UNIT NO. 1 SUBDIVISION
The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City
of Lodi have been ccuplied with in connection with the improvements
Of Tract Map No. 1926, which map was filed the 25th day of October
in Voltmte 27, Page 8, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County
Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not
been revoked:
