BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Woodlake North, Unit No, I have been completed in %ubstantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement betten the City of Lodi and Carey Development, dated September 19, 1984, and as tpecifically set forth in the pians and specifications approved by the City Wuncil. PETERSON, City Manager RESOLUTION NO. 85-137 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SUBDIVISION DTWvT OPTS AND STREETS INCLUDED IN TRACT MAP NO. 1926, WOODLAEE NORTH, UNIT NO. 1 SUBDIVISION The City Council of the City of Lodi finds: 1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City of Lodi have been ccuplied with in connection with the improvements Of Tract Map No. 1926, which map was filed the 25th day of October in Voltmte 27, Page 8, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2.
