SUBJECT: Development at 840 S. Cluff Avenue
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the Development Agreement for
0 S. Cluff Avenue and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to execute it on
behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: MCP Investments, the developer of this property, has
furnished the City with the improvement plans, the necessary agreements,
guarantees, insurance certificates, and fees for the proposed development.
The development is located at the northeast corner of Cluff avenue and Vine
Street and wil be occupied by Blue Shield.

RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby
approve the Development Agreement for 840 S. Cluff Avenue.
BE IT FURTFM RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi
does hereby authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the
subject document on behalf of the City of Lodi.

and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in
a Regular Meeting held October 2, 1985 by the following
