ACCEPTED
RFS. NO. 86-141 Council was informed that the inprovements in Woodlake
North, Unit No. 2, have been ccnpleted in substantial
OC -46 conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision
Agreement between the City of Lodi and Carey Development
dated July 20, 1985, and as specifically set forth in the
plans and specifications approved by the City Council.
Council adopted Resolution 1,b. 86-141 accepting the
subdivision improvements included in Tract Map No. 1960,
Woodlake North, Unit No. 2.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopta resolution accepting the
subdivision improvements included in Tract Map No. 1960, Woodlake North Unit
No. 2.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Woodlake North Unit No. 2 have
been completed to su stantial conformance with the requirements of the
Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Carey Development dated
July 20, 1985, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications
approved by the City Council..
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

SUBJECT: Woodlake North unit No. 2
The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on October 1, 1986,
accepted the offsite improvements in the above subdivision.
This letter, together with the security release, is your authorization to
exonerate the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance. The
Instrument of Credit covering labor and materials must remain in effect
until December 1, 1986, in conformance with the requirements of the State
of California and the Subdivision Map Act. You will receive no further
correspondence regarding the release of the Instrument of Credit for
labor and materials unless a claim is filed.

The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements o€ Chapter 16 of the Code of the City
of Lodi have been cxmplied with in connection with the improvements
of Tract Map No. 1960, Woodlake North, Unit No. 2, which maps and
plats was filed in Volume 27, Page 52, Records of San Joaquin County
Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not
been revoked.
