Lodi Ave., Lodi, California Geographical Code 3902, Receipt No. 260288 Gentleren: Attached hereto is a copy of the above -referenced Application and Notice of Intention and a copy of a letter of protest from Mr. Fleck. Mr. Fleck contacted the City Council regarding his concern about the parking at or near the location applied for. Apparently, the patrons of this store have in the past blocked Mr. Fleck's driveway. Further, he expressed concerns about trash being duTped on his property. Although the Council did not wish to protest due to Mr. Fleck's protest being received beyond the deadline for such protest (my office has been advised that the protest should have been presented prior to October 4, 1985); the Council felt that AEC should be advised of Mr. Fleck's concerns.
