Dear Alice:
I am enclosing a copy of a letter you sent us last
September regarding the Baum Lot Line Adjustment.
The title company involved in the land transfer needs
a copy of a Certificate of Compliance" stating that
all the conditions have been met or what conditions
will have to be met in the future.
I believe that a certified copy of Resolution 82-74,
stating the requirements that the City Council waived
by Motion Action on September 1, 1982, will be suffi-
cient. Please send this information to Attorney John
Barkley for forwarding to the title company.
If you have any questions, please call me. I will
act as a go-between for the City and the title company
so there will be no misunderstanding.
Sincerely,.
TERRY PIAZ
