Council was apprised that improvements in Lakeshore Village,
Units 5 and 6 have been catpleted in substantial confommmee
with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between
the City of Lodi and Grupe Cannm i t i es , Inc., dated December
21, 1983 and as specifically set forth in the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council.
SUBJECT: Lakeshore Village, Units 5 b 6
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
subdivision improvements and streets included in Tract Map Nos. 1878 and
1819, Lakeshore Village Unit No. 5 and Lakeshore Village Unit No. 6.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Lakeshore Village, Units 5 b 6,
have been comp eted n substantial conformance with the requirements of
the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Grupe Communities,
Inc., dated December 21, 1983, and as specifically set forth in the plans
and specifications approved by the City Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:
Windjammer Court 0.09 mi.
Willow Point Court 0.05 mi.
Lakeshore Drive 0.00 mi.

The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of
the City of Lodi have been cmplied with in connection with
the improvements of Tract Map Nos. 1878 and 1888, Lakeshore Village
Unit Nos. 5 & 6, which maps were filed January 1, 1984 and January 25,
1984 in Volume 26, Page 108 and 111, Book of Maps and Plats, San
Joaquin County Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter
has not been revoked.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 84-128 was passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular
meeting held September 5, 1984 by the following vote:
