Whispering Oaks, Unit No. 1
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
sul5division impmvemznts and streets included In Tract Nap No. 1924, Whispering
Oaks, Unit No. I (Amended).
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Whispering Oaks, Unit 140. 1 have been
completed In substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision
Agreement between the City of Lodi and The Matthews Company, dated August 2.9.
1984, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved
by the City Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

KESOWTION ACC=ING THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS
AND STREETS INCLUDED IN TRACT MAP NO. 1876

The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City
of Lodi have been colied with in connection with the improvanents of
Tract Map No. 1876, which map was filed October 30, 1985 in Volume 27,
Page 9, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not
been revoked.
