BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Whispering Oaks, Unit 140. 1 have been completed In substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and The Matthews Company, dated August 2.9. 1984, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The streets to be accepted are as follows: STREETS Mimosa Drive Alden Tree Way Windy Tree Lane. Sorrel Drive. Camphor Way Autum Way Amber Leaf Way Century Blvd. Ne -,sport Drive Total new miles of City streets Jack L. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City of Lodi have been colied with in connection with the improvanents of Tract Map No. 1876, which map was filed October 30, 1985 in Volume 27, Page 9, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not been revoked.
