RES. NO. 85-117 Council adopted Resolution No. 85-117 approving
Program Supplement No. 23 to the Local
Agency/State Agreement No. 10-5154 with the
- Department of Transportation and authorized the
City Manager and City Clerk to execute the
document on behalf of the City.
Council was apprised that this Program
Supplement covers the construction engineering
for the asphalt overlay projects on Hutchins
Street, Turner Road, and Ham Lane. Ine estimated
total cost of the project is $416,000. The
Federal contribution (Federal Tdd Urban Funds)
will be $358,675, approximately 86.22% of the
project. The City's responsibility will be
$57,325 which has been budgeted in the 1985
C.I.P. using Gas Tax Funds. The project will be
advertised for bid this winter with ccnstruction
expected to start in early spring.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Cuuncil approve Program Supplement No. 23
to the Local Agency/State Agreement No. 10-5154 with the Department of Trans-
portation and authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to sign on behalf
of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This Program Supplement covers the construction and
construction engineering for the asphalt overlay projects on Hutchins Street,
Turner Road, and Ham Lane. The est?mated total cost of the project is $416,000.
The Federal contribution (Federal Aid Urban Funds) will be $358,675, approxi-
mately 86.22% of the project. The City's responsibility will be $57,325
which has been budgeted in the 1985 C.I.P. uaing Gas Tax Funds. The project
will be advertised for bid this winter with construction expected to start in
early spring.

IN THE

Pursuant to the Federal -Aid for Urban Systems Acts, the attached "Program" of Federal -Add
Urban System Projects marked "Exhibit B" is hereby incorporated in that Master Agreement for
the Federal -Aid Program which was entered into between the above named LOCAL AGENCY
and the STATE on December 21, 1977 and is subject to all of the
terms and conditions thereof.
The subject program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the aforemen-
tioned agreement under authority of City/C dant� Resolution No.

RESOLUTION APPROVING P SUPPLEMENT NO. 23
TO THE LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 10-5154
WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby
approve Program Supplement No. 23 to the Local Agency/State Agreement
No. 10-5154 with the Department of Transportation covering the
construction and construction engineering for the asphalt overlay
projects on Hutchins Street, Turner Read, and Ham Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi
does hereby authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the
subject docLunent on behalf of the City of Lodi.
