RES. NO. 87-117 Council adopted Resolution No. 87-117 accepting the
subdivision improvements included in Tract Map No. 2037,
CC -46 Lodi Park West Unit No. 8.
Improvements in Lodi Park West Unit No. 8 have been
completed in substantial conformance with the requirements
of the subdivision agreement between the City of Lodi and
Park West, a limited partnership, dated December 17, 1986,
and as specifically set forth in the plans and
specifications for the work.

AGENDA TITLE: Accept Improvements in Lodi Park West Unit No. 8, Bounded by
Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal, Towne Parcel, and Park
West Unit No. 7
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
subdivision improvements included in Tract Map No. 207, Lodi Park West Unit
No. 8.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Lodi Park West Unit Nc. 8 have
been completed in substantial conformance withthe requirements of the
subdivision agreement between the City of Lodi and Park West, a limited
partnership, dated December 17, 1986, and as specifically set forth in the
plans and specifications for the work.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED
IN THE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR LODI PARK WEST UNIT NO. 8

The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code have been
complied with in connection with the improvements included in Lodi Park West Unit
No. 8, which map was filed on April 23, 1987, in Volume 28, Page 26, Book of Maps
and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the following streets has not been revoked.
