HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - September 2, 1981 (31)RESOLUTION NO. 81-128 RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby grant the City Attorney a 9% salary increase effective the pay period beginning Ju -1y 6, 1981, thereby establishing his salary at $2907.00 per month. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is hereby given the option to use 7% of this increase to maintain the same PERS retirement program with the City of Lodi paying both the employee and employer costs, with the balance of the increase to be paid in salary. RE City Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 81-129 RESOLUTION SETTING SALARY FOR THE CITY CLERK RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby set the salary for the City Clerk effective the pay period beginning July 6, 1981 at $1982.00 per month, which represents a 10% salary increase over the salary previously received while serving in the capacity of Secretary to the City Manager/City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby given the option to use 7% of this increase to maintain the same PERS retirement program with the City of Lodi paying both the evployee and euployer costs, with the balance of the increase to be paid in salary.
