Confirming our telephone conversation of July 17, 1981 Mrs.
Charlotte Humphre°, Director San Joaquin County Department of
Aging, will briefly address the City Council of Lodi at their
regular meeting on August 19, 1981. She will discuss the
recent developments in the field of aging and the new compo-
sition of the County Commission on Aging required by the Older
American's Act.
