D~CROSSING Council was informed that as part of the Turner Road
"AGREEb4ENT CLUFF and Cluff Avenue Assessment District No. 1 Improvements,
VENUE STORK! DRAIN the City will be installing a 60" storm drain in Cluff
Avenue from Lockeford Street to Victor Roan. A sta-ndard
RES. NO. 81-119 crossing agreement with the S.P.R.R. is required in order
for the City's contractor to install the line. It

Cluff Avenue Storm Drain
COUNCIL COMMUNICATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the crossing agreement
or the 0" CluffAvenue Storm Drain with the Southern Pacific Transportation
Co. and authorize the Mayor anti City Clerk to execute same for City.
BACKGROUNDINFORMATION: As part of the Turner Road and Cluff Avenue
Assessment District No. 1 Improvements, the City will be installing a
60" storm drain its Cluff Avenue from Lockeford Street to Victor Road.
A standard crossing agreement with the S.P.R.R. is required in order for
the City's contractor to install the line. It also includes City main-
tenance conditions.
Application for the agreement was made several months ago and the appropri—
ate conditions were included in the contract specifications.
