CITY COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 20, 1986 Council approved the development agreement for Lodi Avenue Square, 656 West Lodi Avenue, Lodi, and directed the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the development agreement on behalf of the City. H & R Properties, the developer of Lodi Avenue Square, has furnished the City with the inprovement plans, the necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance certificates, and fees for the proposed development.
