NO. 87-108 Council adopted Resolution No. 87-108 accepting the subdivision improvements included in Tract Map No. 2082, CC -46 Noma Ranch Unit No. 2. Improvements in Noma Ranch Unit No. 2 have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Bennett and Compton, Inc. dated February 25, 1987, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. ti LVVt COUNCIL COMMUNICATION PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO: City Council FROM: City Manager MEETING DATE: August 19, 1987 AGENDA TITLE: Accept Improvements in Noma Ranch Unit No. 2 at Northwest Corner of Almond Drive and Coventry Way RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the subdivision improvements included in Tract Map No. 2082, Noma Ranch Unit No. 2. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Noma Ranch Unit No. 2 have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Bennett and Compton, Inc. dated February 25, I987, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code have been complied with in connection with the improvements included in Noma Ranch Unit No. 2 at the northwest rnrner of Almond Drive and Coventry Way, which map was filed on April 23, 1987 in Volume 28, Page, 27, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2. That the offer to dedicate the following street has not been revoked. This letter, together with the security release, is your authorization to exonerate the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance. The Instrument of Credit covering labor and materials must remain in effect until November 19, 1987, in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and the Subdivision Map Act. You will receive no further correspondence regarding the release of the Instrument of Credit for labor and materials unless a claim is filed. If you have any questions, please contact me. G.E.
