MEMORAMK M
TO: CITY CLERK
FROM: UTILITY DIRECTOR
DATE: AUGUST 11, 1982
SUBJECT: DISPOSITION OF UTILITY DEPT. FILES
This memorandum is written to request permission to dispose of Utility Dept.
files containing copies of bidding documents (specifications and bid proposals)
for cable, transformers, electric meters, wooden poles, capacitors, street
light standards, generators and vehicles. This covers the period 1964-1976
This request is made due to the lack of filing space in existing Utility
Department files and the fact that these records no longer serve any useful
purpose to the department.
An early response to this request would be very much appreciated.
