Counc i I 083-08 adopted Order No. 083-08 - An Order to abandon a port ion AD01"IM of an easpnent located in the area of Royal Crest Drive (Royal Crest, thi t No. 2) , Lodi. �y ,i, CITY of LODE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO: City Council COUNCIL COMMUNICATION FROM: City Manager DATE: August 9, 1964 SUBJECT: Resolution of intention to Abandon Portion of Easement Royal Crest, Unit 12 RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt an Order of Abandonment to aban- don the easement shown on the attached map, and authorize the City Manager to execute a quit claim deed in favor of the owners. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The owner of the property at 1602 Royal Crest Drive is in t e process of building a poo and would like to clear a portion of the easement for his use. PG&E, Pacific Bell, Lodi Cable TV and City utilities have been notified of the proposed aban- donment and their approval has been secured. PCZOPOSED A�iANDONMENT . • ; r)oczTN 5+0` dr Ex.I S)T , i oto` EAs1�:►A CkJ P1NOLUTICN ND. 84-110 RES0UJrICN OF ME CITY COUNCIL OF ME CITY OF LODI DECLARING ITS INM?rICN TO VACATE AN EASErvM LOCATED IN TIIE AREA OF 1602 HUYAL CREST DRIVE (ROYAL CRIT, UUT #2) LORI RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi as follows: It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Lodi, acting in accordance with the provisions of Section 50430 et seq. of the Government Code of the State of California, to vacate and abandon certain public service easement as shown on F:Khibit "A" attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof. Reference is hereby made to a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Lodi for the particulars as to the proposed vacation. FUMER RESOLVED that this City Council does hereby fix Wednesday, August 15, 1985 at the hour of 7:30 p.m., and the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Lodi, California, as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the vacation herein proposed may appear before this City Council and be heard. Ft1RI}i1RR RESOLVED that the Public Works Director sha l l cause to be posted notices of easement vacation conspicuously along the line of the easement hereinafter described and proposed to be vacated in the manner, fonn and for the length of time set forth in Section 50441 of the Government Code of the State of California.
