Special Covenants or Remarks: 1. The cost of maintenance of the crossing shall be as allocated by
Public Utilities Commission. 2. All required signing and warking.at RR Xing will be completed in
accordance with the requirements of MUTCG, 1978. 3. In agreeing to the construction of this nro-•
ject, the local agency agrees the payment of Federal funds'will be limited to the detail estimate
amount approved by the Federal !Highway Administration in the Federal -Aid (project Agreement (PR -2),
orits modification (PR -2A), and accepts any increases in local agency contribution. 4. In
executing this Program Supplemental Agreement, local agency hereby reaffirms the "Nondiscrimination
Assurances" contained in the aforementioned Haster Agreement for Federal -Aid Program.

RESOLUTION APPROVING PRDGRA14 SUPPLEMENT NO. 22
TO THE LOCAL, AG-P-NCY-STATE AGREEMENT
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby
approve Program Supplement No. 22 to the Local Agency - State
Agreement,a copy of tahi.ch is attached hereto, identified as Exhibit.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi
does hereby authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the
subject agreement on behalf of the City.
