feet west of Woodside Drive, because the Planning
Commission felt the request was premature in light of
the fact that both the City and County were updating
their General Plan

SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS - July 13, 1987
OF INTEREST TO THE CITY COUNCIL
1. Conditionally approved the Tentative Subdivision. Map of Parkview
Terrace, a 18.9 acre, 90 unit residential project proposed for the
northeast corner.of Lower Sacramento Road and West Lodi Avenue ad
requested by Glen I. BauTbach, c/o Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting
Engineers on behalf of Charles A. Wentland and Associates.
2. Approved the Lot Line Adjustment between 1707 Amber Leaf Way (APN
058-310-23) and 1711 Amber Leaf Way (APN 058-330-51) to accommodate an
existing house as requested by Terry Piazza, c/o Baumbach and Piazza,
Consulting Engineers, on behalf of Bennett and Compton, Inc.
3. Conditionally apprcved the Tentative Parcel Map to crate Lot "A"
containing 0.31 acres, Lot "B" containing 0.42 acres and Lot "C"
