Baumbach, c/o Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers on behalf of Charles A. Wentland and Associates. k 2. Approved the Lot Line Adjustment between 1707 Amber 6 Leaf Way (APN 058-310-23) and 1711 Amber Leaf Way E (APN 058-330-51) to accommodate an existing house as t requested by Terry Piazza, c/o Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers, on behalf of Bennett and Compton, Inc. i 3. Conditionally approved the Tentative Parcel Map to create Lot "A" containing 0.31 acres, Lot "B" conta;ning 0.42 acres and Lot "C" containing 0.32 acres - on the west side of Interlaken Drive south of St. Moritz Drive as requested by Glen I. Continued the request of Steven E. and Cynth..a Lep" McFadden for a Zoning Variance to convert an?ekisting two -car garage into a family room and reduce; he required covered off-street parking spaces from,2.to 0 at 1806 Capell Drive. 6. Took no action on the referral by the San Joa*quin,< s County Planning Division of the request of-Vic.­.-.'_­ f-VicMeyer, Meyer,c/o Vic Meyer Engineering, on behalf of Hubert L. Conditionally approved the Tentative Subdivision.
