TO THE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR PHEASANT RUN APARTMENTS,
TRACT NO. 1814 AND AUTHORIZED THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE THE DOCUNENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
This subdivision is located on the northwest corner of
Mills Avenue and Sand Creek drive.- A final map was approved
for this area in March 1982. At that time the subdivision
was a planned unit residential development. The developer
now plans to develop this area as an air -space condominium
subdivision which requires the filing'of this map.
The fees and improvement security submitted as part of the
original development are applicable, and no additional
securities or fees are required.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the fIna) map and the Amend-
ment to the Subdivision Agreement and authorize the City Manager and City Clark
to sign on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This subdivision is located on the northwest corner of
gills Avenue and Sand Creek Drive. A final map was approved for this area in
March 1982. At that time the subdivision was a planned unit residential develop-
ment. The developer now. plans to develop this area as an air -space condominium
subdiv)slon which requires the filing of this map.
The fees and improvement security submitted as part of the original development
are applicable, and no additional securities or fees are required.

Tract No. 1784. Thi= amendment changes the :lame on the subdivision ogmement to
Pheasant Run Apartments, Tract No. 1814. All conditions and requirements of the
Subdivision Agreement calla remain the some.
