Diagrams of the subject area was presented for Councils' perusal. Following discussion, with questions being directed to the City Attorney and to Staff, Council, by the following vote on motion of Council Member Pinkerton, Reid second, directed the City Attorney to proceed to acquire property in the area of the Hutchins Street Alley (between Lee and Futchins and Walnut and 1nAi Avenue) as outlined and detail in Staff's report. The Council felt that they should have this information prior to deciding how to resolve the Hutchins Alley Alignment and Abandonment. l't is requested that this Information be sent to this office so it can be analyzed and for- warded to the City Council. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact me. ncereiv^ WL Ronsko bl i Works Di rector : ity Clerk t/ RESOLUTION NO. 82-81 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP SIGN AT THE NORTH - SOUTH ALLEY AT THE INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST - WEST ALLEY - HUTCHINS STREET ALLEY (BETWEEN LEE AND HUTCHINS AND WALNUT AND LODI AVENUE) BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City.of Lodi does hereby establish a Stop Sign at the North-South Alley at the intersection with the East-West Alley of the Hutchins Street Alley (Between Lee and Hutchins and`Walnut and Lodi Avenue, Lodi) as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof.
