AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL OLAN OF THE CITY OF LODI BY
REDESIGNATING 1900, 1904, 1905, 1907, 1908,
1909, 1910, 1913, 1916, AND 1920 SOUTH CHURCH
STREET, LODI, FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. - The Land Use Element of the General Plan
of the City of Lodi is hereby amended by redesignating 19U0,
1904, 1905, 1901, 1908, 1909, 191.0, 1911, 1916, and 1920 South
Church Street, Lodi, from Low De:,sity Residential to Medium
Density Residential..
SectioL 2. - All ordinances and parts of ordinai,ces in
conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may
exist.
Section 3. - This ordin:znce shall be published one
time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi
and shall be -in fo-rce and take effect thirty days from and
after its passage and approval.
