Ordinance No. 1328 - Entitled "An Ordinance rezoning the
area encompassed by the Woodlake North Subdivision from U -H,
Unclassified Holding to the following classifications: (a)
Lots 1 through 30 to R-2, Single -Family Residential; (b)
Lots 31 through 78 to R-1, Single -Family Residential; (c)
I.ots 79 to C -S, Gwroercial ShoM-)ing; and (d) Lots 80 and 81
to R -CA, Carden Apartment Residential" having been
introduced at a regular meeting of the Lodi City Council
held July 18, 1984 was brought up for passage on motion of
Comei1 NImt)cr Reid, 01 son second. Second reading of the
Ordinance was mitted nftcr reading by title, and the
Ordinance was then adopted and ordered to print by the
following vote:

ORDINANCE NO. 1328
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING THE AREA
ENCOMPASSED BY THE WOODLAKE NORTH SUBDIVISION
FROM U -H, UNCLASSIFIED HOLDING TO CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. - The Official District Map of the City of
Lodi adopted by Section 27-2 of the City Code of the City of
Lodi is hereby amended by rezoning the area encompassed by the
Woodlake North Subdivision from U-11, Unclassified Holding to
the following classifications: (a) lots I through 30 to R-2,
Single -Family Residential; (b) Lots 31 through 78 to R-1,
Single -Family Residential; (c) Lots 79 to C -S, Commercial
Shopping; and (d) Lots 80 and 81 to R -GA, Garden Apartment
Residential.
The alterations, changes, and amendments of said
Official District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth
have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the
City Council of this City after public hearings held in
conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the
City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California
applicable thereto.
Section 2. - All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may
exist.
Section 3. - This ordinance shall be published one
time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi
and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and
after its passage and approval.

do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1328 was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Lodi held July 18, 1984 and was thereafter
passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular
meeting cf said Council held August 1, 1984 by the
following vote:
Ayes: Council Member - Hinchman, Olson, Reid, and
Pinkerton
Noes: Council Member - None
Absent: Council Member - Snider
Abstain: Council Member - None
I further certify that Ordinance No. 1328 was approved
and signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and
the same has been published pursuant to law.
