sections that should be deleted or amended, and where new
sections should be added to bring our Code into compliance.
Each department received copies -,f various sections of the
analysis as it pertained to their particular department
asking for their input.
Various proposed ordinances were presents -I for Council
approval, with the City Attorney giving a brief explanation
of each and answering clue s t i ons as were posed by the Co -mc i 1
on the nvitter.
Following discussion. Council Menber Pinkerton raved for
introduction of each of the follming Ordinances. The
motions were seconded by Council Nmt)er Olson and carried by
unammus vote of all Council Menbers present:

CRD. NO. 1334 b) Ordinance No. 1334 - An Ordinance of the Cite Council of
the Cit; of Lodi Repealing Chapter 1, General Provisions
of the Lodi Nlmicipal Code, and Enacting a New General
Provisions Code.
CD. ND. 1335 c) Ordinance No. 1335 -- An Ordinance of the City Comci.l of
the City of Lodi Adopting a Revision and Codification of
the Ordinances of the City of Lodi, California,
entitled. the "Lodi NLnicipal Code", Providing for the
Repeal of Certain Ordinances Not included Therein, with
Certain Exceptions, and for other Purposes tierinafter
Set Out.
