Recommended that the San Joaquin County Plannirg Commission deny the request of Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers, on behalf of Chris Keszler and Fred Baker for the approval of a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 52.6 acre parcel into two parts with Parcel "A" containing 3 acres, and Parcel "B" containing 49.6 acres on the east side of Lower Sacramento Road, 200 feet south of Vine Street. 2. Conditionally approved the Tentative Parcel Map to combine Lots 4 and 5 Industrial Light Subdivision (i.e. 815-821 Black Diamond Way) in an area zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial as requested by Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers on behalf of Mark Kidd and Fred ani th. 3. ConditioraIly approved the request of Lustre -Cal Nameplate Corporation for Use Permit to allow the taqaorary use of a 12 foot by 60 foot cam►ercial coach at 110 East Turner Road during the remodeling of the Art Department in an area zoned hl -2, Heavy InduRtrial. 4. Information regarding this item may be obtained in the office of the Ccmminity Developnent Director at 221 West Pine Street, Lodi, California. All interested persons are. invited to present their views either for or against the above proposal. Written statements may be filed with the City Clerk at any time prior to the hearing scheduled herein and oral statements may be made at said hearing.
