The Los Angeles Count Fair is the largest County Fair in Arig'e y age the world and the largest of any Fair or Exposition, with attendance of over I-} million people. Mr. Cook is a resident of Lodi, and has been building displays for Tul-ira, Mariposa, and Tuolumne Counties, as well as the California Raisin Advisory Board, California Wine Institute, and the California Wine Advisory Hoard. Mr. Cook would provide the City with the necessary insurance coverage and requests that as his fee for providing this service that he be allowed to retain any premiuiis won dy this exhibit. The City Clerk reminded the Council that the City entered into a like agreement with h1r. Cook in 1982. A diagram depicting the proposed exhibit was presented for Counc i 1 ' s perusal.
