I would hope to provide encouragement, techniques and constructive challenges for the progress of our City Library through my many years' experiences as an administrator involved in the school curriculum, supervisor of schools and as an administrator involved in the selection of school and library media. I was honored to have served a year as Vice -Chairman, member of Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee (SPARC) and one year as chairman. However, with my term of appointment expiring soon, I respect- fully request that I not be considered for reappointment to another four year term as commissioner. The press of business makes it difficult to devote the adequate amount of time required for this service. I believe that I have lived up to my commitment to the City for quality growth in Lodi.
