On motion of Mayor Pro Tempore Reid, Snider second, Council adopted Resolution No. 85-94 approving the final map and subdivision documents for Woodlake North Unit No. 2, Tract No. 1960, and authorizing the City Manager and City Cleric to execute the map and agreen-ents on behalf of the City. Further, under the same: motion, Council adopted a Summary order of Abandonment for Lilac Street in the vicinity of Woodlake North, Unit No. 2. _ F214n z ti 1 � t i G. r s r n RESOLUTION NO. 85=94 W RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SUMMARY ORDER OF ABANDONMENT FOR LILAC STREET IN THE VICINITY OF WOMIAKE NORTH UNIT NO. 2 RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby adopt a Summary Order of Abandonment for Lilac Street in the vicinity of Woodlake North Unit No. 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi. does hereby approve the final map and subdivision documents for Woodlake North Unit No. 2, Tract No. 1960. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby authorize the City Clerk and the City Manager to execute the Subdivision Map and Agreements for Woodlake North Unit No. 2 on behalf of the City of Lodi.
