From this survey a number of changes are being made to increase the capacity. and use of the existing off-site areas.; In addition, it became apparent that the parking on Elm Street immediately adjacent to the Public Safety Building, could provide space for both fire and police vehicles which would relieve the area behind the Public safety Building. This department is, therefor6, recommending that the eight stalls shownon the attached sketch be reserved for emergency vehicles only as soon.as proper signing can be installed. The four to the east will be reserved for fire department sedans, while the four to the west will be used for police, sheriff and CHP vehicles. ac{ L.
