The developer has already installed the required improvements on Victor Road and Mounce Avenue. i Because of the future storm drain installation in Cluff Avenue, the off-site improvements in that area have been delayed. They ' have been paying premiums on the bonds required by the develop- ment agreement and the amendment will allow the City to release the bonds. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Lodi Door, Inc., the owner/developers of the property at 1220 East Victor Road, have requested that the bonds covering off-site improvements along Cluff Avenue, which they have provided since.September. 1980, be released and they be allowed to enter into a development agree- ment with the City to defer the improvements required under those bonds. The developer has already installed the required improvements on Victor Road and Mounce Street. Because of the future storm drain installation in Cluff Avenue, the off-site Improvements In that area have been delayed... They have been paying premiums on the bonds required by the development agreement and the amend- ment will allow the City to release the bonds. This amendment is similar to the agreement entered into with other developers along Cluff Avenue when it was in the City's best interest to defer their off-st.te-Improvements.
