Church Street from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential. c) the Planning CcnTrission's reccmTendation that the city council rezone 1900, 1904, 1905, 1907, 1908, 1909, 1910, 1911, 1916, and 1920 South Church Street frat R-1, Single -Family Residential to R --M, Medium Density Ailtiple Family Residential. The matters were intrah"ed by -Assistant Planner David Morimoto who presented diagrams of the subject area and .esponded to questions as were posed by nvni)ers of the Council. There being no other persons wishing to speak on the matter, the Public portion of the hearing was closed. conditions: a. that the single-family areas in the project conform to the City's R-1, Single -Family Residential Distrjet; b. that the cluster hares development be limited to 15 units per acre and Conform to the City's R_<I%, Garden Apartment Residential District.
