NO. 87-86 CC -46 CC -176 Council adopted Resolution No. 87-86 accepting the G -Basin Area storm drain improvements included in City of Lodi Drawings 86D080 through 86D086. Installation of the storm drain from Vine Street to Lakeshore Meadows, approximately 900' north of Century Boulevard, has been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the agreement between the City of Lodi and Chris R. and LaVeta Keszler dated August 8, 1986, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Instuilation of the storm drain from Vine Street to Lakeshore Meadows, approximately 900' north of Century Boulevard, has been completed in substantial conformance with th? requirements of the agreement between the City of Lodi and Chris R. and LaVeta Keszler dated August 8, 1986, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. PETERSON, City Manager CGBASIN3/TXTW.02M July 7, 1987 RESOLUTION NO. 87-86 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE MASTER STORM DRAIN AGREEMENT FOR G -BASIN DRAINAGE AREA The City Council of the City of Lodi finds: That all requirements of the Master Storm Drain Agreement for the Improvement of G -Basin Drainage Area between the City of Lodi and Chris R. and Laveta Keszler dated August 8, 1986, have been complied with. The improvements are shown on Drawings 86DO80 through 86DO86 for the Sunwest Unit No. IV Master Storm Drain which are on file in the Public Works Department. I .!"LD ti1VISTkI.,22 Ctty Attorney ALICE M I t CITY CILEQK n SUBJECT: G -Basin Drainage Area Storm Drain Vine Street /Interlaken Drive to North End of Sylvan Way The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on July 15, 1987, accepted the master storm drain improvements described in Master Storm Drain Agreement for the Improvements of G -Basin Drainage Area dated August 8, 1986. Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the resolu- tion accepting the required improvements for the G -Basin Drainage Area. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will maintain the storm drain improvements installed. The enclosed letter, together with the security release form, has been sent to your bank in order that the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance can be'�exonerated. The Instrument of Credit covering labor and materials must remain in effect for a period of 90 days from the date of the resolution, in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and the Subdivision Map Act. On October 15, 1987, this instrument can be released if no claims have been filed. If you have any questions, please contact me at any time. G.E. This letter, together with the security release, is your authorization to exonerate the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance. The Instrument of Credit covering labor and materials must remain in effect until October 15, 1987, in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and the Subdivision Map Act. You will receive no further correspondence regarding the release of the Instrument of Credit for labor and materials unless a claim is filed. If you have any questions, please contact me. G.E.
