RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map and subdivision
agreement, for Willow Court, Tract No. 1922 and direct the City Manager and City Clerk
to sign the subdivision agreement and map on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: R. Thomas Development, Inc., the developer of Willow
Court, has furnished the City with the necessary agreement, improvement security and fees
for the proposed subdivision. This is an 18 -lot subdivision located on the east side of Lower
Sacramento frontage road across from Lodi Park West. The area is zoned R-2 and will con-
sist of single family dwellings.
