that had been received frau Max Elson Insurance, Inc., the
City's Agent of Record:
"Confi miing our discussion today, we have received the
following renewal quote on the above policy:
/ Limit: $4,000,000
/ Deductible: 100,000 SIR
Premium: 10,000 Min.inm & Depos i t
Rate: .146 Per $100 of Payroll
As th-is is July 1 1984, renewal and an 8% reduction over
last year. I have taken the liberty of binding this pending
Council's approval.

Confirming our discussion today, we have re-
ceived the following renewal quote on the
above policy:

Deductible: 100,000 SIR
Premium 10,000 Minimum 8 Deposit
Rate: .14 6 Per $100 of Payrol l
As this is a July 1, 1984, renewal and an 8%
reduction over last year, I have taken the
liberty of binding this pending Council's
approval.
