RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements in "Well 6R
Pump & Motor - 211FMission Street" and direct the Public Works Director to
file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Zim Industries Corp. of
Fresno," CA,on March 2, 1985, in the amount of $13,800. The contract has been
completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved
by the City Council.
The contract completion date was April 30, 1985, and the actual completion date
is June 14, 1985. The final contract price was $13,800.
