In accordance with previously -received Memorandum of Understanding,
Council is respectfully requested to amend previously -published
resolutions outlining vacation schedutas to provide for vacations,
as follows:
Management, Mid -management,
General Services and
Maintenance and Operator
Unit Members
Dispatchers Unit Members

RESOLVED, that the Lodi City Council does hereby amend
previously -published holiday schedules for the Management,
Mid -management, General Services and the Maintenance and Operators Unit
members and the Dispatchers Unit members, to provide for vacations, as
follows:
Management, Mid -management, General Services and
Maintenance and Operators Unit Members The last half of
scheduled work
December 24
Dispatchers Unit Members 96 hours per year
with no fixed days
