ROPER/cRE,SCENT AREA
STORM DRAIN Council accepted the improvements in "Roper/Crescent Area
Storm Drain", and directed the Public Works Director to
CC -14(d) file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's
S Office.
The subject contract was awarded to McCay Construction Co.
of Clovis on February 5, 1986, in the amount of
$99,183.50. The contract }ias beA� ccmpleted in substantial
conformance with the plans and specifications approved by
the City Council.
The final contract price was $101,250. The difference
between the contract amount and the final contract price is
mainly due to an increase in amount of paving required and
costs related to conflict with an underground gas line.

SUBJECT: Rover/Crescent Area Storm Drain Over -run Fund: Fed. Revenue Sharing
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements in "ROPER/CRESCE
AREA STORM DRAIN," and direct the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Com-
pletion with the County Recorder's office.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to McCay Construction Co. of
Clovis on February 5, 1986, in the amount of $99,183.50. The contract has been
completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved
by the City Council.
The contract completion date was May 29, 1986, and the actual completion date is
June 23, 1986. The final contract price was $101,250+. The difference between
the contract amount and the final contract price is mainly due to an increase in
amount of paving required and costs related to conflict with an underground gas
line.
