BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Granite Construction Company of Z>tOCKton on April 15, 1987 in the amount of $56,268.50. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date wag July 27, 1987, and the actual comp:.tion date was June 23, 1987. The final contract price was $63,422.62.
