Lodi City Council following your appeal made at
the regular Council Meeting of July 1, 1981. The
City Council granted a temporary stay on the installa-
tion of "No Parking" signs on the frontage road in
front of your club, awaiting receipt of a proposal
from you on limiting the membership of the club.
