SUBJECT: Acceptance of "dell x+19 Site Improvements"
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements in
11 19 Site Improvements" and direct the Public Works Director to file
a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Case Construction
Company 07 Lodi on Apr 1 15, 1981, in the amount of $20,070. The contract
has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and speci-
fications approved by the City Council.
The contract completion date was June 28, 1981, and the actual coral-etion
date is June 23, 1981. The final contract price was $20,070.
