The matter was introduced by Community Develop-
ment Director Schroeder, who presented diagrams
of the subject area. Speaking on behalf of the
appeal was Ms. Joy Wallace's father, Mr. Clinton
Hoellworth, 1818 W. Locust Street, Lodi.
There being no other persons in the audience
wishing to speak on the matter, the public por-
tion of the hearing was: closed.
Following a lengthy discussion, with questions being
directed to staff, to Joy Wallace and to Mr.
Hoellworth, her father, Council, on motion of

whereby, following a public hearing on the matter, the
City Council granted you a variance permit for a reduced
rear yard at 246 N. Mills Avenue, Lodi.
