Iie CC-45 now has no access to Tokay Street, The developers of Westdale Subdivision still retains ownership of a 1.0 foot strip between Tokay Street and 2214 West Zbkay Street. This 1.0 foot strip_ was shown on the Westdale Subdivision as Parcel "Cu. Parcel "C" was dedicated on the map but acceptance of the dedication by the City Council was reserved until such time as the Council required Zbkay Street to be widened. The current owners of Parcel "C" have agreed to dedicate the west 87.0 feet of this parcel to provide street access to 2214 West Zbkay Street. The new owner will be installing offsite improvements to conform to present City policy. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The property owner of 2214 West Tokay has submitted plans fora house on t is lot. He now has no access to Tokay Street. i. Woodbridge Road Woodbridge, CA 95258 SUBJECT: One -foot Parcel Along 2214 West Tokay Street At its meeting of June 25. the City Council by motion action approved the dedication of the one -foot strip of land along the frontage of 2214 W. Tokay Street. Enclosed is a Quitclaim Deed for that one -foot parcel. Please have the Deed signed by those people still holding interest in this property and return it to our office. The signatures must be notarized. There is a Notary in our office and we would be happy to notarize the signatures. if you do want them notarized in our office, please call Sharon Blaufus at 333-6706 to set a time.
