NO. 1 APPROVED Council was apprised that Lakeshore Meadows Group, the
developer of Lakeshore Meadows Condaniniums, Unit No. 1
CC -46 (one -lot carx1cminium subdivision), has furnished the City
with the final map and the improvement plans as well as the
necessary agreements, guarantees and insurance certificates
for this propo:� subdivision.
The developer intends to install off-site improvements for
three future developnents together with the improvements
for this subdivision. Those off-site improvements are
covered in a Development Agreement for Century Boulevard,
Sage Way and Sylvan Way signed by Lakeshore Meadows Group
and Ford Construction Co., Inc. The improvement plans,
,uarantees, and insurance certificates have been submitted.
Council approved the final map for Lakeshore Meadows
Condaniniums, Unit No. 1, and directed the City Manager and
City Clerk to execute the Subdivision and Development
Agreements on behalf of the City.

SUBJECT: Lakeshore Meadows Condominiums, Unit No. I
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map for Lakeshore
Meadows Condominiums, Unit No. 1, and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to
execute the Subdivision and Development Agreements on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Lakeshore Meadows Grcup, the developer of this one -lot
condominium subdivision, has furnished the City with the final map and the im-
provement plans, as well as the necessary agreements, guarantees and insurance
certificates for this proposed subdivision.
The developer intends to install off-site improvements for three future developments
together with the improvements for this subdivision. Those off-site improvements
are covered in a Development Agreement for Century Blvd., Sage Way and Sylvan
Way signed by Lakeshore Meadcws Group and Ford Construction Co., Inc. The
improvement plans, guarantees, and insurance certificate have been submitted.
Lakeshore Meadows, Unit No. 1, is a one -lot, 6.76 acre, 78 unit condominium
project located on the north side of Sylvan Way west of Mills Avenue.
