TO: City Council FROM: City Manager DATE: June 15, 1984 SUBJECT: Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 4 RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the Subdivision Improvements included in Tract Map No. 1859, Lakeshore Village Unit No. 4. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Lakeshore Village, Unit 40. 4 have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Grupe Communities, Inc., and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not been revoked. UNIT NO. 4 (TRACT MAP NO; 1859) The City Council of the City of Lodi finds: 1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City of Lodi have been complied with in connection with the improvements of Tract Map No. 1859, which map was filed 10-3-83 In Volume 26; Page 101. Book of Maps s Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not been revoked.
