SUBJECT: The Meadows, Unit al, Tract No. 1909
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map and
the agreements for the above and direct the City Manager and City Clerk
to sign the subdivision agreement and map on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: T.S.A. Partnership and J.C. Development Company,
the developers of The Meadows, Unit #1, have furnished the City with the
necessary agreements, improvement securities and fees for the proposed
subdivision.
This is a 22 -lot subdivision located on the east and west side of
South Midis Avenue, north of Century Boulevard. The zoning is
PD24 and will contain 10 four-plex and 12 duplex lots.
