WITH CCMITIONS The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as toIIowa: Section I. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by bionn 2 -2 of the City Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended by amending Planned Development District No. 24 (P -D 24) by reducing the density at 1700, 2100, and 2200 Wast Itattleman. Lane, Lodi, with the following conditions: a) that the single-family portion of the development conform to the R -z, single -Family Residential District; b) that the multiple-fw-11y portion of the development conform to the R --M. Garden Apartment Residential District; and c) that the office -institutional portion of the development conform to the R -C -P. Residential -Commercial -Profess -conal District. Tha alterat-ions, chnnges, arxl amenciments of scid Official District Map of the C;ty of Lodi h. -rein set forth have peen approved by the City PlarmIng Commission and by the City Council of thus City after public hearings held in conformance with provisia;_s of Mapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State ut California applicable thereto.
