Attached is a proposed one-way street system for this area that we will be taking to the City Council in the near future. We would appreciate any comments that you might have on this proposed one-way street system. For your information, Washington is proposed to be one-way to the north in order that it will empty into Tokay Street which is a standard residential street and considerably wider than Vine Street. If you have any comments that you would like us to consider prior to mak- ing the proposal to the City Council, please forward them to this office as soon as possible. Jac L.
