This 3.7_ acre residential development is located at the northwest corner of Turner Road and Rivergate Drive in an area zoned P-D 5. It contains 21 single family lots.` Council conditionally approved the final map and E: subdivision documents for Rivergate Mokelumre Unit No. 2, Tract No. 1976, pending receipt of F :he map from the County Surveyor's Office and authorized the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the subdivision agreements and map on = behalf of the City.
