Investment Company, the developer of a 4 acre parcel at 810 S. Cluff Avenue, has furnished the City with the necessary agreements, improvement security, insurance and fees for the proposed development. This development is located on the southeast corner of Cluff Avenue and Industrial Way. It is being developed for industrial usage. As part of the developTent, and under a development improvement agreement addendum, M.C.P. Investment Co. will be installing approximately 740 lineal feet of 30" roaster storm drain line u4iich is the City's responsibility.
