This has been done on all previous FAU projects. Council adopted Resolution No. 85-66 authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents needed by Caltrans/FHWA on the City's FAU projects. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The administrators of FAU projects require that the City Council by resolution authorize the City Manager to sign all the required documents including right-of-way certifications. This has been done on all previous FAU projects. This resolution will cover the present FAU project as well as all future FAU pro- jects. 7 J c _ L.
